Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for all taxes associated with their order.  If an item is cancelled after it ships, the customer will incur the shipping cost.  This means that the customer will only be refunded for the cost of the items ordered and not the shipping cost.  This applies for both national and international orders.

Items shipped internationally may take longer than expected for delivery.  Customers are encouraged to use the tracking number emailed to track orders and to communicate with the Shipping company directly.

Foreign Orders-Customers Outside of the United States are responsible for all shipping taxes, VAT fees, Import and Export fees and any other fees associated with their order.  Our company will not incur any fees associated with foreign orders.
