Please read the Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases.

All product is made from natural ingredients and may cause variation in color, texture, scent, etc. Our products are naturally made for the hair, skin and lips. We ask that you carefully review the items in the shopping cart to ensure that the products in the shopping cart are the items that you are purchasing. ItzMade4Me does not allow products to be returned for texture, scent, color, etc or because the customer is unhappy with the products due to ItzMade4Me not being able to restock the returned item.  We take great pride in our customers and do not restock items that have left the warehouse in order to ensure customer safety and reduce health risk. ItzMade4Me only replaces products that we damaged due to shipping. In an effort to prevent damage due to shipping, ItzMade4Me ensures that products are carefully wrapped, packaged and shipped. The packaging of products may be recorded to ensure that all packages left the warehouse in undamaged conditions. In the rare circumstance that a product is received damaged, the damaged product must be returned and received before a new replacement product is shipped or a refund granted. ItzMade4Me has the right to terminate business deals, transactions or orders at its sole discretion at any time by notifying customers or without notifying customers. ItzMade4Me recommend customers purchase a sample size product to ensure that you like the product and can use the product prior to purchasing any larger size product(s).
